The Register of Tai Chi & Qigong for Health Instructors has been set up to provide access to qualified Instructors and help safeguard and promote the health and interests of people who are using the services of Tai Chi & Qigong for Health instructors, whether it be in the public or private sector. The Register is held and regulated by Somerset Skills & Learning. It recognises both the Shibashi Instructor and Foundation Instructor OCN qualifications and requires all Instructors on the register to update their practice through regular and specific continuing professional development. Somerset Skills & Learning are a NHS Registered Supplier of Educational Training Courses Access to a qualified instructor in your area can be gained by contacting instructors through the pages of this register.
The Level 3 OCN Tai Chi Foundation Instructor is now endorsed by Master Jesse Tsao. Either Level 2 or 3 Shibashi Instructor qualification provides entry to the Level 3 Tai Chi Foundation Instructor course. Further details are available from the Master Jesse Tsao page.

What do instructors on the register teach? All of the instructors are trained in Shibashi whilst some also hold an OCN Tai Chi qualification. For a full list of Tai Chi & Qigong OCN qualifications click here Members have a private area of the site where they can access information and communicate with one another but the Forum is for everyone!
